George Nukho is a commercial real estate agent focused on the New York Market. His goal is to provide his clients with best-in-class service and support. He believes that quality real estate should be available to all organizations, a notion that he works hard to fulfill.
George’s Electrical Engineering background enabled him to naturally cross over to the real estate industry. His true calling was cemented in his experience with his family’s real estate holdings, George was able to easily put forth his engineering experience to Asset Management. This is where he became proficient in understanding the physical asset. George’s experience enables his clients to know the true first hand condition of an asset which consists of roofs, boilers, façade, electrical, plumbing and energy saving mechanisms etc. This makes him a highly qualified team member at NuRealty, responsible for managing the assets and projects for capital expenditures.
George is also affiliated with GEM Management Partners LLC., a company he runs alongside his two brothers, where they own and manage multi-family apartment buildings. With his brothers, he helped grow the business into one that managed nearly 500 units in Yonkers. It was here that he learned the importance of working with the community and providing quality housing to individuals and organizations. In 2019, George and his brothers were recognized for their commitment to this ideal by The Guidance Center of Westchester.
George attended Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY. He has obtained his NYS Real Estate Agent, Extermination, Mold Inspector, and LEAD Contractor licensing. George sits on the BOD for the Business Improvement District for the City of Yonkers, he also sits on the Yonkers Chambers of Commerce through GEM Management Partners LLC and he is the Vice President of the Westchester Owners Association (WOA)
