My partner and I selected Mike Nukho and GEM mgmt partners, after interviewing quite a few brokers, because he was very in touch with the market and was very well connected to Investors looking to buy into the Yonkers/ southern westchester market. We made the right choice, as Mike got two deals under contract for us in a matter of months, and worked tirelessly right thru to closing successfully dealing with a myriad of issues that come out.  We closed both and will soon list two more with Mike and his team
